Fused Glass

Fused Glass is durable, eye catching, and affordable glass art whose beauty lies in its brilliance, its sparkling appearance, and its beguiling richness of color.

Tiny hand-cut pieces of dichroic and coloured glass are carefully arranged and stacked in pleasing designs. Fired as many as four times at temperatures reaching 1600 degrees F, then slowly cooled, the layers merge into cabochons of gloriously brilliant colors, creating dazzling one-of-a-kind pieces.

The angle at which the glass is viewed, combined with its surroundings, causes the cabochons to reflect different colors which glitter and shimmer. This quality enhances the uniqueness of the jewelry and makes each piece a collectors item.
